Fresh eggs from our small, mixed-breed flock. Shell colors vary naturally between blue, green, and brown, depending on the hen. Eggs are collected daily and sold in limited weekly quantities. Sizes and colors will vary. Our hens live in a spacious, secure coop and covered run to protect them from local predators while still enjoying sunlight, fresh air, and natural feed. ---------------------------- These eggs have not been graded or inspected by the State of Colorado. ---------------------------- Safe Handling Instructions: To prevent illness from bacteria, keep eggs refrigerated, cook eggs until yolks are firm, and cook any foods containing eggs thoroughly.
